  1. Kingston upon Hull is the official name of Hull and is nothing to do with Kingston in Surrey / Middlesex.
  2. Overton is a subdistrict of Ellesmere as well as being used as 'Whitchurch and Overton'
  3. St Thomas Birmingham in Warwickshire is nothing to do with St Thomas which is in modern day Exeter in Devon
